Each lamp is designed and perfected in our West London offices by our brilliant team of product designers with years of experience between them. For them, each lamp is a collaboration of expertise, industry, and functionality.
Meet the Design Team
Our talented in-house Design Team create our products from concept to execution. They continually strive to enhance the aesthetics and function of each lamp to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. They regularly collaborate with Design Consultant Warren Keefe and 3D CAD Consultant David Pateman. Both have worked closely with us for over 10 years.

Based in our headquarters in London, Paolo is a key member of our product development team working on the design and engineering of all our new products. His passion & creativity help drive the design of new products.
Ivan Boricsok
Quality & Compliance Manager
Ivan oversees quality & compliance throughout all areas of the business, from manufacturing & quality control to customer service, to the delivery of products to our customers. He ensures our high-quality standards are maintained and that we comply with all necessary legal requirements.
James Nong
Product Development Manager
James is a key member of our product development team. He works closely with our Head Designer to take new products through to production.
Alex Lu
Product Development Engineer
Alex helps to make sure that all our products meet technical requirements and safety standards, including: providing each product with full technical documentation and obtaining Safety Certification for all relevant countries. He also advises PD and QA on technical matters.
